We have decided to take another weekend trip. We have been taking them a lot lately because we have been able to get such great hotel deals online. These deals make it possible for us to stay in great hotels and still have money to do day trips and things. Its been great to be able to take the kids places they have fun at. You just have to know where to look online for the best hotel deals, but once you have done your research you can get really nice rooms for cheap prices, which is so awesome!

My mom told me the other day that she just signed up for a membership with a directbuy company. I always just assumed they were a scam, but we talked more about it and it will be great for her. She bought a fixer upper a year ago so it will be great to get all of the supplies she needs without paying retail. I was just thinking that a Direct Buy place would be wonderful for people who flip houses like she plans on doing, you can get things for much cheaper and it is worth the membership especially if you are going to buy a lot of different things!

I just got an email from a client of mine and found out that tomorrow morning I will have a couple wine gifts sitting on my desk. I love when this happens. It is great to know that the work I do is appreciated. Now of course I do not like wine, but I usually just take them to dinner parties and such, because it always makes me look like the nice and sophisticated friend that really knows about wines and fine things in life. Too bad it is just a facade!

My kids are asking again to make the basement into a place for them and all their friends to hang out on weekends. I am thinking about putting in a home theater room. A projection screen and maybe even some home theater seating. I have been looking at it for a while but have been putting it off for too long. I’m sure the kids will be pretty excited. I want to decorate the room accordingly as well, but the wife said that she has the final say in what the decorations will be. She always has the final say when it comes to decorating!

I have to do a huge bulk mailing by the end of the week and I am still trying to find out how I am going to get them all labeled. I have the printer I need but not the Primera labels that I need. I will have to order some I suppose. Now I just have to find a place I can get them for a good price. I have been thinking about getting a simple printer just for these tasks, because bulk mailing is a pain and having to find the right labels is a pain as well!
