I have decided to upgrade all of my cables in the house to CAT6 cables. I should have done it a long time ago, but I have just been putting it off like I do with everything else. I bought most of them today, but now I have to get a 50 footer for my living room. I should get that sometime this week.

Weird Spam Email

I got a weird email about doing some skin whitening. I don’t know why I got it, I am whiter than most people I know. I do not tan well and most times just burn and peel, I just found it funny that I would be told I could whiten my skin. Maybe I just don’t understand what it is for. I guess I should look into it more.

Apparently my opinions are worth money. LOL, I got a call today about doing more market research on the phone and also in person. Its pretty strange to have people think that my thoughts are that important. It really is fun to do though, I like to see the new designs of issues and I can usually tell which way they will go.

Sleep Well

I finally got fed up the other day and went out to get a new foam mattress. My spring mattress was only making me miserable every night and making me tired all day. So I caved and decided it was too important for me to be able to sleep to let it go any longer. I will sleep on it tonight and hopefully it helps.

We have picked a vacation destination. We just went to Indianapolis, and I think this time we are going up to Sandusky and going to Cedar Point, should be great fun.

On the Road Again

We have decided to take another weekend trip. We have been taking them a lot lately because we have been able to get such great hotel deals online. These deals make it possible for us to stay in great hotels and still have money to do day trips and things. Its been great to be able to take the kids places they have fun at.

My mom told me the other day that she just signed up for a membership with a directbuy company. I always just assumed they were a scam, but we talked more about it and it will be great for her. She bought a fixer upper a year ago so it will be great to get all of the supplies she needs without paying retail.

I just got an email from a client of mine and found out that tomorrow morning I will have a couple wine gifts sitting on my desk. I love when this happens. It is great to know that the work I do is appreciated. Now of course I do not like wine, but I usually just take them to dinner parties and such.

My kids are asking again to make the basement into a place for them and all their friends to hang out on weekends. I am thinking about putting in a home theater room. A projection screen and maybe even some home theater seating. I have been looking at it for a while but have been putting it off for too long. I’m sure the kids will be pretty excited.

I have to do a huge bulk mailing by the end of the week and I am still trying to find out how I am going to get them all labeled. I have the printer I need but not the Primera labels I need. I will have to order some I suppose. Now I just have to find a place I can get them for a good price.
