One of the girls at work is pregnant and she just recently started wearing maternity clothes. They don’t make maternity clothes like they used to. She is still so incredibly fashionable and stays with the trends so well. I remember the days when they would put you in a smock and say it was cute just cuz you were pregnant.  I’m so glad that has changed.  I think women have embraced their womanhood and aren’t ashamed to be pregnant.

My chair at work is all of the sudden incredibly uncomfortable and I hate it.  It is making my lower back hurt like crazy. 

I just got out of a meeting and they are talking about bringing in a corporate performance management company to get things together in this place. I have been telling them for months that we have to make it better.  They kept putting it off until now it is a dire situation.  I can’t wait until they find someone to clean up the mess that has been made in this office. 

I can’t believe I had to come back to work today.  Too much time off has made it difficult to want to. 

I have been doing a lot of traveling lately with my job, so I have been looking for some good luggage that can stand the abuse of lots of travel. A friend of mine recommended Samsonite as a good brand to look for. I went looking for some this week.  They look really nice and seem to be built pretty well.  So it looks like all I have to do is decide whether I want black or brown.

Another day another dollar, but I really don’t feel like being here at work right now. It’s a pretty nice day outside, it finally stopped raining and here I sit in my office. The thing is there is nothing to do either. Pretty much everybody is just sitting around playing on the internet because we did really good this week and got everything done early, and nobody is going to send us a new job on Friday. I might head out here soon and use some personal time or something.

My job just got this new employee self evaluation software. It’s pretty cool. They put it on all of our computers in the offices and had each of us go in there after lunch time and check it out. They used to do stuff like that on paper, but those were so out dated and actually they didn’t give us one in almost a year. But, now we got this nice new one and we’re doing them again. Which works for me because I like to fill out those things.

I missed the bus today on the way to work, so I ended up being about a half hour late. However, I snuck in the back door and went strait to my office and nobody ever even noticed. My boss came in like five minutes later, asked how everything is going, and nobody knew any different. Everything worked out great.
