I was sitting around today looking at a few of my bills and looking through some online stores looking at some things I would like to buy for my house. I can never save the money the way I would like to so I am thinking about taking out a personal loan to cover some of it. I have had a couple of bad credit loans in the past, but at least I have paid them off so I should not have too much of a problem to get another one. That way I could just easily pay off all of my bills in one sweep and instead of having to pay to a few different companies, I would only owe to one single loan payment. It would just make things a whole lot easier on me.

And, since there are a few things that I have been putting off buying for the house, it would be the perfect chance to do that, too. And just like the paying off old bills, instead of having to pay on a couple different credit cards I could just make my loan payment and be done with it. I just have to look around and find a good one with a good interest rate and all of that good fun stuff. It shouldn’t be too hard to do.

I think I’m going to have to buy a new air conditioner. It keeps blowing the circuit and I have to go to the basement every 5 minutes to flip it back over. It’s a pain. I guess it’s good exercise, but I ain’t trying to get thin here. Just be cool and not sweat to death. To the store I go, I guess.

It’s too hot outside. That’s all there is to it. And, I don’t know if it’s due to it being so hot ouside or not, but my air conditioner doesn’t seem to be doing it’s job very well. It’s time to move to Alaska.

The other day my friend told me that his job got this new machine in there wharehosue called a plasma cutter. He went on and on about how cool it was. However, I had never in my life heard of one. So, I decided to look into it, cause that’s just how I am. I got curious. But, after finding some stuff online, they do sound really nice. I’m not sure exactly what use I would ever have for one though. But with what kind of work my friend does it sounds like it’s perfect for that. It should make his job easier, and his work will probably even turn out nicer now because of it. Nothing wrong with that what so ever.

I was thinking about getting myself a few new Portable Water Filters. I never thought I would need something like that, but I have used them a bunch of times. Everytime I go camping I take them with me, which is quite often. I just don’t trust the water that comes out of those sinks built into the ground. That can’t be good for you. So I just take my own filter and get rid of all the extra stuff that doesn’t need to end up in my body. It’s not like I’m a complete health nut or anything like that, but there is sometimes you can just look at the water and know you don’t want to put that stuff inside your body. But, when you are camping you’ve gotta have it. Best money I even spent for our camping trips, hands down.

I hate being the guy that knows how to use computers. My mom called me last night and asked if I could take some of her old cassette tapes and put them on the CDs. Of course I couldn’t say no, but that is really not a project I was looking forward to doing. She asked if I cared how many I did, and I said no. Knowing that meant she was going to give me a crap load of them. And, I was right. She dropped by about 25 tapes for me to convert for her. So, now I have to dig out m tape player and hook it up to the computer, record, and listen and seperate all the songs for her. I’m half tempted to just go online and buy her all of the CDs instead. It might cost a few more dollars, but it would be alot less work, and it would be kinda a nice gift to her instead of just giving her back a bunch of blank CDs with the names written in Sharpie on them. But, I’ll have to see how much they will all cost. I’m such a nice guy.

It feels like it had been forever since I wrote anything on here. It’s probably been only a week, but I missed it. It’s a great way for me to just sit down with my thoughts and go. And, I really like going back through the months and seeing what I’ve been doing. I have a short term memory, so it’s fun to go back and read the enteries. But as of this entry, not much is going on. Just working, watching wrestling, reading some books and hanging out with the friends. Not too shabby really. We’ve been talking about getting a camping trip going sometime next month. Hopefully that comes together. I love camping, it’s alot of fun. However, I haven’t been in a couple years. So, I’m really hoping that it happens.  Camping is cool too because it basically cost no money. Just food really. The campsites are so cheap that when you go with a few friends and split it up, it’s next to nothing. Then just figure out who is going to bring what food and you are good to go. I guess I should start looking into it though, and find us a good place to go to.

I’ve been playing alot of darts lately. I used to play all the time with my friends when I was a kid, but until recently I prbably hadn’t threw a dart in over ten years. It’s alot of fun though. As probably everybody knows by now, I’m to the point where I don’t like to just sit around and stare at the television, so I’m trying to find other things to do to keep my busy. There has been a board hanging on the wall in the basement since I moved in here, and for a year and a half I never even threw one dart at it. But, in the last week I’ve been playing a few games a day. It’s alot of fun. We even write all of our names and scores and wins and everything just right on the wall with a Sharpie. I guess I’ll have to paint over that when I move out. But, it’ll be fun a year from now to look at the dates on the wall and see who was good and who was not so much.

Yesterday I went to the sporting good store. First time in…well maybe ever. I got a few new things for our backyard. I got some horse shoes and a few different baseballs and gloves. Just so when people come over we’ve got something to do other than just sit around the house. I set everything up back there, and now I have just got to wait for somebody to come over. I don’t ever remember playing horse shoes, so I probably wont be any good at it. But, oh well. It’s something to do other than sit in the house all the time.

Not a whole lot going on. Still keeping with my reading kick, and still looking to buy a motorcycle. I’ve started setting some money aside for it now. I’ve got an idea of how much I want to spend, and I’ve kinda got a money saving plan in place for it. But who knows, knowing me I’ll get half of it saved then end up taking that money and going and buying a bunch of video games or something. That’s just how I am. It’s just money, why save it? As long as my bills are paid and I’m not hungry, then so be it. If I run out, I’ll go to work and make more. It really is that easy.
