My friend just called me yesterday and was talking about this colon cleanser thing that he just had done, it was really gross! I have of course heard of that before, but I have never really heard of anything that I personally know that went and actually did it. He said it was actually not so bad, and that it really did make him feel a lot better once they were done. So, now it’s really got me thinking. I think I might actually go and check it out, but I am super scared of doing something like this.

I am going to make my basement into my own at home gym. I am getting some different machines to help me stay in better shape. I went looking for ellipticals the other day. They are so advanced anymore. I can only hope I can figure out how to work the one I pick out. The lady at the store was really helpful in finding me the ones that made the most sense for me.  I will definitely get the machines and also some boxing equipment as well.

I can only hope that no one else has felt as bad as I have lately.  I got the worst flu I have had in a while the end of last week. It was bad enough to make me miss 2 days worth of work which is so rare. I just knoow there is too much going around and I didn’t want to pass my germs on to anyone else.

My mom just called me and told me that she made another appointment for a colon cleanse for this week.  I still don’t understand it I guess.  She does this all the time and it just freaks me out.   I can’t imagine doing it, but I guess to each her own.  It just is not for me, and I still don’t understand exactly how it works.  But she says she loves it and feels much better afterwards, so I will just take her word for it. 

My mother has been dealing with pain for quite awhile, but doesn’t like taking too many prescription medications. I was trying to find her something that would give her some osteoarthritis relief.  She was so glad when I found this site for supplements she could take.  It gave her the relief she was looking for without the worries of prescription meds.
