A few weeks ago I bought myself a pair of heelys. I keep seeing kids riding around on them all the time, and I thought they looked like alot of fun. I used to ride rollerblades alot back a few years ago, but I hadn’t picked up a pair in I couldn’t tell you how long. So, I figured I would give these things a shot. I thought I would probably look really stupid with them on and using them, but I didn’t care. They were so much fun. I rolled around my house for a little while, just having fun with them. Then I put the wheels back in and actually kind of forgot about it. A few hours later I decided to go up to the store and get me something cold to drink, and about halfway there I remembered that I had a set of wheels in my shoes. So I popped those things out of there and rode to the store. It was great. I know I’m probably too old for that kind of thing, and people were looking at my kind of funny, but I don’t care. I had fun, and that’s all that matters in my opinion. I think I’ll probably get a couple more pairs for my kids, that would be cool. And, now it’s got me in the mood to get another pair of regular rollerblades. I surely wouldn’t mind riding on a good pair of those again.

I actually went to the theater yesterday. I was just at the mall and walked past it and figured, why not? Then I remembered why not. I don’t really like the theater. Of course it’s cool to see a movie on a huge screen with great sound, but I can pretty much do that at home now a days. Sure my screen ins’t nearly that big, but oh well. My LCD is just fine with me. And, I would rather sit here in the quiet of my own living room than in a big room with a bunch of other people. I guess I’m just weird like that, I don’t know. But, I think I’ll go back to just waiting for the DVD of things to come out. I don’t even really pay attention to theater release dates anymore, I pretty much just stick to when is the DVD coming out? It works out just fine for me. I may end up seeing stuff a couple months later than most people, but at least my DVD collection is pretty nice at this point.

I am here again with nothing in particular to write, I just wanted to write. I ended up taking back my rock speakers. I couldn’t think of a way to run the wires from my apartment and make it not like really trashy, and I just flat out didn’t want to buy a new stereo for outside and something to keep it in so that it didn’t get wet. It kinda sucks though, I always wanted a pair of those, but it just wasn’t going to work from where we are. Maybe when we get our new house I’ll buy another pair.
