I have decided to upgrade all of my cables in the house to CAT6 cables. I should have done it a long time ago, but I have just been putting it off like I do with everything else. I bought most of them today, but now I have to get a 50 footer for my living room. I should get that sometime this week.

Apparently my opinions are worth money. LOL, I got a call today about doing more market research on the phone and also in person. Its pretty strange to have people think that my thoughts are that important. It really is fun to do though, I like to see the new designs of issues and I can usually tell which way they will go.

We have decided to take another weekend trip. We have been taking them a lot lately because we have been able to get such great hotel deals online. These deals make it possible for us to stay in great hotels and still have money to do day trips and things. Its been great to be able to take the kids places they have fun at.

I just got an email from a client of mine and found out that tomorrow morning I will have a couple wine gifts sitting on my desk. I love when this happens. It is great to know that the work I do is appreciated. Now of course I do not like wine, but I usually just take them to dinner parties and such.

I have to do a huge bulk mailing by the end of the week and I am still trying to find out how I am going to get them all labeled. I have the printer I need but not the Primera labels I need. I will have to order some I suppose. Now I just have to find a place I can get them for a good price.

Not us this time, but we have helped a friend move all weekend and now I am completely exhausted. This only furthers my feelings of not wanting to move ever again.

I just ordered a couple new wine racks to put in our dining room. We have had one smaller one in there for quite some time now. I always thought it was too small and too ugly and I finally convinced the wifey that it was. So I found one that I really liked, and we ended up getting 2 of them because of how perfect they will fit in the room. Now we’re going to have to start buying a little extra wine here and there to fill it up. That shoulnd’t be a problem though.

I think I am going to buy some more exercise equipment for the basement. At first I didn’t want to put too much money into it because I wasn’t sure how often we would actually go down there and work out, but we have done really well with keeping up with it. So I figure we should put a little bit more money into here and there to keep things newer and fresh down there so we don’t get bored with it and give it up. That’s my plan at least, and it sounds good to me.

About a month ago I was watching all the tv shows that I usually watch on Thursday nights, and they were making a big deal out of “going green”. It was honestly never something that I had really thought about before. I guess it’s kind of sad that it took a few tv shows to make me really think, but at least something did. So, I started surfing around the net and really started reading about things. I found a really cool website that gave me tons and tons of great details on what I can do on a very easy and personal level to help things out. They sell a bunch of really nice eco products that I really liked, and have already ordered a couple of things. One thing I got is an electricity monitor. It’s the coolest thing I have seen in a long time, I love it. I even ended up getting a couple extra ones and handed them out for Christmas presents, and even took it upon myself to spread the eco friendly word to my family when I gave it to them.

The site also has a really cool blog section that really lets you in on a lot of nice details that I never would have thought about. I spend alot of time going through there links section on the site too that pointed towards ever more sites that really expanded my knowledge on the whole topic.

I’m really glad I started looking into the whole thing. I really think that it is going to make my whole way of living alot different, and honestly a whole lot better for myself and others as well.

I think a couple friends of mine have decided to go on vacation together this summer. So we have started looking at Las Vegas hotels for us to stay in. There are so many to pick from, so we have a huge decision to make.  We know we want to stay on the strip but there are even so many right there on the strip that lord knows it will still be difficult to decide.  Of course I have been nominated to make all the arrangements, so I will have to decide what we are going to do.
